Auction rules

Advance bids can be made from 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 6th, 2024 via the internet only, and by phone from 3:00 p.m. onward on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 for any hour's items.
Bidding will be done by the code number appearing by each item at: www.whitehorselionsclub.com/auction
Deliveries will be made by Lions members and Scouts Yukon to the successful bidders between 11 a.m. & 5 p.m. Sunday, December 8th and Monday, December 9th (evening). Certificates and goods not delivered at these times can be picked up at Integra Tire, 107 Industrial Road starting Wednesday, December 11th.
For items involving travel or hotel accommodation, the successful bidder is responsible for arranging reservations.
All Lions club issued certificates for vendors are valid until October 31, 2025 except where noted. Arrangements with the merchants to extend this date will be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard or AMEX at the door using Square. Cash and cheques are also accepted.
If you live in the communities and are a successful bidder, please contact Cal at Integra Tire Whitehorse, 867-667-6102 ext. 224 to arrange item pick-up.
Gift certificates and items are not redeemable for cash.
